We employ one full-time and six part-time members of staff. Details of their positions can be found here.

We also employ session workers to provide Crèche services, English classes, Health and Leisure Activities and Accountancy.

We have roughly 40 volunteers working with our organisation. Some of this number make up our Management Committee and other sub-Committees. The majority of our volunteers work directly with our clients in our day centres. There are others who offer their spare time to help us in other areas such as fund raising, administration and DIY.

We also have a limited number of student placements available to those whose studies would be improved through involvement in our organisation.
