Cook

We require a cook to prepare hot meals three days a week between 10am – 3.00pm on Tuesdays at Copleston Centre, Copleston Road, SE15 4AN, Wednesdays at Peckham Settlement, Goldsmith Road, SE15 5TF and Thursdays at Crossway, 100 New Kent Road, SE1 6TU.

Duties will include shopping, preparing and serving a hot nutritious lunch for up to 50 people each session, and all general kitchen work e.g. cleaning and washing up. The post will involve overseeing the work of volunteer kitchen assistants.

You should have at least 3 years experience working in a kitchen environment, a Food Hygiene Intermediate qualification, and enjoy working with people from different cultures.
